Alex is the principal Osteopath of an award-winning Osteopathic Clinic in Bolton, Lancashire.
The clinic opened in January 2001 and has become the pre-eminent healthcare practice in the area, together with other therapists in a multi-therapy centre.
Alex also works as part of a team of Osteopaths and other health professionals in a busy Osteopathic and multi-disciplinary clinic in Sale, Cheshire.
Over the years, both clinics and indeed, Alex himself have developed an excellent reputation, with close to 2000 osteopathic appointments being provided every year. He has over 17 years experience providing osteopathic care for all ages from newborn through to the elderly.
Alongside osteopathy, Alex provides movement-based rehabilitation for recovery after surgery or injury and movement reprogramming for injury prevention. He also coaches runners in correct running technique to recover from and prevent running based injuries, to improve efficiency and increase speed.
Alex is a committed, active Christian, involved in local community church activities, including leading services, helping to run youth groups and youth church. He has three children and loves any sport with a ball, racket, bike or rock to climb.

Renata is a member of The Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture UK. ATCM is a well recognised professional TCM body ensuring proper qualification and the highest standards in the profession.
Renata has nearly 12 years experience in Oriental Medicine and Massage. She completed her 3 year TCM and Acupuncture degree at The University of Salford and is the only Zen-Touch Shiatsu practitioner in the UK.
Renata specialises in Food Therapy which is based on Chinese Medicine principles and can give you advice to help return your wellbeing back to optimum health.

Claire obtained a level 3 diploma in reflexology in 2011. She set up ‘Good for the Sole’ and has provided holistic therapies and wellbeing sessions to individuals and groups from her Manchester base and as a mobile therapist.
Her portfolio includes Indian Head massage, fertility and maternity reflexology, ‘foot tapping’ and ‘foot reading’ offering a tailored approach to individual clients. Claire is also an experienced trainer of self esteem courses which she runs alongside her therapy practice.
She is committed to holistic wellbeing for herself and others with an emphasis on diet, lifestyle balance and stress management. She has a regular practice of yoga, meditation and is a fully insured member of the Association of Reflexologists.

Catherine Adlen has been providing massage therapy for over 15 years and teaching yoga for 8 years.
Qualifying in Reflexology and Indian Head Massage in 2002 started a love for bodywork. She since added Hot Stone Massage to her tool kit and completed a BTEC Level 6 in Advanced Clinical and Sports Massage for the treatment of chronic pain, with the Jing Institute, Brighton in 2016.
As a qualified Dru Yoga and Pilates Teacher she runs classes around Manchester and sees client education as the key to maintenance of musculoskeletal health. She enjoys making movement and yoga accessible to everyone by offering modifications to postures and exercises.
